About: Be Present was established in 2016. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week intensive program aimed at encouraging participants to take an active role in maintaining their health and wellbeing. This was founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979, 30 years of research shows that training in mindfulness may have a major therapeutic impact. MBSR has helped improve thousands of participants’ ability to cope better with everyday stress, chronic pain, illness and stress-related conditions.
Services Offered: They teach MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction), provides workshops, and individual coaching, focusing on practices that can lead to a life filled with gratitude, compassion and abundance.
